Is it safe to vacation at the beach when you are 26 weeks pregnant?

My family goes to the beach every year for vacation for a week. We spend alot of time on the beach, but also go to amusement parks and shows (I won’t be riding ANY rides). It is a 8 1/2 hour trip and we are driving, however we are driving halfway and staying overnight so the ride isn’t as long and grueling. Any tips on safety? I mean anything I should know about? Also is it safe to sit in the stands and watch a derby? I will be about 7 months then..Thanks so much! This is my first child and I just dont’ know all the precautions to take.
My husband and I tried for two years to get pregnant. If you don’t care to be sensitive to my question please don’t give your input. Words can cut deeper than you’d think. I would NEVER tell ANYONE that they have no business having a baby just because they had heard that the noise of a derby can hurt a pregnancy. I don’t know if it can or not…that’s the reason I am asking the question.
